Showing Signs of Recovery

Hello again, since the last time I posted about a slow start to the year 2010, things have started to go back according to plan and have really spiced my life in 2010 up, so far.

EMATH2 Quiz 2! Got 14/20, don’t know about Quiz 3, but at least it’s much better than the 9/20 which I got for the previous quiz. SSMAT too, 20/20… Better than the 13/20 which I got for the previous quiz, same for my DFUND2 and EDEVCKT lab tests. Back in December before the term tests began I admit I was still a bit spacey about the subjects I have been made to study. But now, I understand more, what I have been reading from the books ever since the term break ended just after Xmas. Oh well, better late than never! :)

Talk about swimming, Coach Jin has told me not to swim 1500m for SNAG coming next month. Well I had to agree with her on that because I wouldn’t be training so hard for that event, especially when the BIG EXAMS are just around the corner. Yes, people may say it’s chicken feet, but I’ll tell you what, it’s easier said than done! ;)

There will always be a next time, like the IVP in maybe October or November this year.

Got a couple of my swim mates joining me in TP, Joe Phan and Bryan Chong :). Let me just wish them a very warm welcome to TP, in time to come you’ll find that Poly life is so much more colourful than being in JC. Oh well, works for me! :)

Now at least the TP Swim Team won’t be counting on me, and ME only to save their bottom in the IVP. ;) At least give Bryan a chance to shine for the team and become a well-respected first-team player. In time to come I’m pretty sure he will shine for the school, too.

Exams coming in about three weeks’ time, one week after the CNY celebrations begin. I plan to study hard enough next week, so that I can worry less while I’m ushering in the Year of the Tiger.

Oh well, that’s all I have for an update tonight. Good night, folks.
